Refund policy


If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee to cancel your order without charges once it is already in production. Any order requesting a cancellation before despatch will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee to offset the transaction fees associated with the platfom.


If you are unhappy with your product, or it isn't what you expected, you have the right to exchange or return all products for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in it's original state, be unused with labels and packaging intact.

Please note when returning or exchanging a product for change of mind, you must cover the shipping charges to return the package to us. For change of mind products, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges and a processing fee of $19.95 may apply. Marmalade Lion is not responsible for any products lost during the return shipping. If we do not receive your returned product, we cannot process a refund.

As soon as we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will process your exchange or refund request. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error the refund may be forfeited at our discretion. This includes any items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Please note that it can take up to 20 days until the exchanged products are delivered and/or the refund is processed to the payment method you used for your initial purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the condition of your return, and consent or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be processed to the payment method you used for your initial purchase. Note a processing fee of $19.95 may apply to returned goods.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient. Depending on your bank institution, refunds may take a few days to process back into your account.
