If you're not satisfied with your product or it doesn't meet your expectations, you have the right to exchange or return it within 30 days of receiving it. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of the item being returned in its original condition, unused, with labels and packaging intact.

Please note when returning or exchanging a product for change of mind, you must cover the shipping charges to return the package to us. For change of mind products, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges and a processing fee of $19.95 may apply. Marmalade Lion is not responsible for any products lost during the return shipping. If we do not receive your returned product, we cannot process a refund.

As soon as we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will process your exchange or refund request. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error the refund may be forfeited at our discretion. This includes any items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Please note that it can take up to 20 days until the exchanged products are delivered and/or the refund is processed to the payment method you used for your initial purchase.
