What Is Your Return Policy?
If you're not happy neither are we!
You have the right to exchange or return all products for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them.
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges. Marmalade Lion is not responsible for any products lost during the return shipping. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request.
Refunds in relation to orders that qualified for free shipping will have up to a $20 fee withheld from the refund, which we can enforce partially or fully at our discretion based on the circumstances and the state to which the item was shipped.
Please note that it can take up to 20 days until the exchanged products are delivered and/or the refund is created to the payment method you used for your initial purchase.
To complete your return, we will require your order number or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error the refund may be forfeited at our discretion. We will not refund any items where the care instructions have not been followed.
This includes any item that are returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
