Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not happy neither are we! If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is received.
If you are sending an item back, please email us at email@example.com so we can assist you. To complete your return, we will require your order number or proof of purchase.
All refunds will be processed to the original type of payment.
All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact.
Refunds in relation to orders that qualified for free shipping will have up to a $20 fee withheld from the refund, which we can enforce partially or fully at our discretion based on the circumstances and the state to which the item was shipped.
Please note that it can take up to 20 days until the exchanged products are delivered and/or the refund is created to the payment method you used for your initial purchase.
When you return or exchange any product, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges.
It is advised that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in the return process.
